You did note the Grin I hope...  But, I'll grant you the it being the
assessor's fault not to pay attention... :)

That's going the wrong direction for sure... that assessor needed to go
back and do the job right...  :)

Laundry tub, deep (often two-sided) tub that the water would drain into
from the washer... ours is the old concrete sort, later replaced most
places by the plastic or fiberglass ones...  Ours has developed cracks
in the walls of the tub near the bottom, so leaks...  We could go out
and get a replacement, but haven't... the laundromat has its own
advantages along with the inconvenience of having to cart everything
out... one can at least wash it all at once, and then dry everything at
once... saves some time and energy...  ;)

The place we go used to be all Maytags, now they are gradually replacing
the older machines with Wascomats... dunno who makes them...

Ours started out with four heating coils on top and two bake/broil
ovens... The two front coils still work, and, after scavanging the bake
coil from the smaller of the two ovens and having it die, Richard
managed to find a workable replacement for the bake unit... so we still
have the larger of the two ovens still totally workable... I keep
expecting the pushbutton controls to die on us, though...  ;)
