Sounds good to me too. I use mine to call home sometimes, but the only
calls 
I get are skip tracers looking for the dumb bunny who skipped on her bills 
and had the phone number before I did.

It already is illegal here.  They generally don't pull you over for it, 
although it does happen, but will write you up if they pull you over for 
something else.  My phone is generally off when I drive, period.
