There are four to six of us grabbing pieces off the same pie - so, we get stuff
we can all agree on. I am sure there are some who like anchovies on their
pizza. But, my friend Louis, who is the bartender there tells me that the EBA
is the most popular pizza they have - followed by pepperoni and cheese.

      Title: Hot Anchovy Dip (Bagna Cauda)
 Categories: Appetizers, Dips, Seafood
      Yield: 1 Cup
 
    1/2 lb Butter
      6 cl Garlic; crushed
      2 oz Anchovies
      6 tb Olive oil
      1 ts Black pepper
           Raw vegetables
           Italian bread
 
  Combine butter, olive oil, black pepper, and anchovies. Cook
  on low heat 10 minutes until the anchovies have dissolved.
  Pour into a Fondue pot or chafing dish, to keep warm.
  Surround with slices of artichokes and raw vegetables.
  
  Any leftovers may be used as sauce on pasta.
