He uses the wood chips for flavoring. A few years ago we got to my folks
shortly after they lost their cherry tree--some of the wood came down
with us.  Went into the smoker, with cherry juice in the water pan.

Most of the time I just drink my water plain. An ice cube (crescent) or
2 if it's warm but not a glass full of ice, with water added. Way too
much ice for me. I'll do the same for soda--just a bit of ice unless
it's fridge cold, then no ice. Sometimes I'll drinnk it warm--holdover
from when we were in Germany.
