Yeah, that's what they say, but with my own health issues It's

Are you at in the one down at where Stahl Finishing used to be?
I remember you were at Heartland that is now a Market Basket,
back in those good old days.

I had a falling out with Patrick after we had him over to one of
the echo picnics at Dave Sacerdote's down near Springfield, and
he didn't have his medication, and kaboom, a full-fledged manic
attack, and he's truly not nice when he's in one of those. That
was a particularly interesting gathering, with most of us staying
at a hotel that had its share of weirdness - a guy was pimping
out a teenage girl in the room next to mine, for example.

Don't worry about posting recipes, which is not required or even
particularly encouraged any more. If you want to report on a
memorably good (or bad!) meal you had recently, anything like
that, go for it. Or questions about food, cooking, dining, all
will be cheerfully answered, though not necessarily with the
right information.

Kate's Rigatoni with Spicy Tomato Sauce
cat: north shore, main, pasta
Serves: 2

1/4 lb rigatoni
1 Tb extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1 cn whole peeled tomatoes
Hot pepper flakes
Salt to taste
1 pn oregano
1 sm handful flat leaf parsley
parmesan and/or mozzarella cheese, optional

Boil water. Add salt. Saute olive oil, garlic, tomatoes,
pepper flakes, salt, oregano. Simmer until it gets thick
(15 min). While sauce is simmering, add pasta to water.
Cook pasta al dente (9 min). Drain and add pasta to plate.
Pour sauce over pasta and sprinkle with parsley. Add
parmesan or cubes of fresh mozzarella if desired. Serve.
