Her numbers were gram per cent. A hundred grams of whipped
cream is a huge pile.

I have unpleasant memories of when I tried to do it.

Oddly, after my friend Link took me out to the Qingdao Palace
(really an unprepossessing hole in the wall, but with good food)
for my birthday, we got durian candies in addition to our
fortune cookies. The candies tasted like the real thing. I
neglected to ask the source, otherwise the picnic might get a
durian representative after all (the things are double wrapped
and in that condition have only a mild tropical aroma).

It's more like extract of rubber band.

Lawry's Whipped Cream Horseradish
category: sauce
servings: 6 to 8

1 c whipping cream
1/4 ts Lawry's Seasoned Salt
2 Tb prepared horseradish, well drained
- or 4 Tb finely grated fresh horseradish root
1 ds Tabasco sauce

Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in
Seasoned Salt, horseradish and Tabasco until
well mixed.
