I know... you like the white meat... and I much prefer dark...  ;) 
Dunno what the marinade was... there was some rumor that it was a salad
dressing, like Caesar dressing, but I don't know if it was prepared or
if Eric made it up from scratch...  Had little flecks of red on the
outside of the chicken, anyway... ;)

The hor d'oeuvre was indeed ambitious... I think Sam hadn't realized
just how painstaking it would be.... but it was well worth the effort. 
He does like to do that sort of thing...  :)

I used to like putting apple into things, too... ;)  And eating it... ;0

Absolutely..  :)  There was some effort put into making sure that the
people with special dietary needs wouldn't go hungry, either... :)

A cake made in the shape of, and frosted to look like, a shark head with
the mouth open and showing all the teeth... :)

Our church, small as it is, seems to have a high percentage of that... I
know of 5 adults, along with two of the three children of that one
family.  And at least one of the adults is also lactose intolerant...
