It's a cheap sweetener, and sounds healthier than sugar... at least
that's my best guess...

Not likely, since most of the apple applications that get me wouldn't
likely have used the skins...  Probably, like with coffee, it's some odd
component found only in the apple that gets me...  I keep hoping that
some day it will subside and slip away... once in a while, I get a small
bit that doesn't trigger the reaction... but I'm not likely to just let
my guard down much anytime soon...  ;)

Nice company, to be sure... ;)   Long-term relationships need somewhat
more in common, though...  :)
