I can almost always rearrange things in the fridge so as to get the new
stuff in...  And smallish items can generally find a bit of space to be
squeezed in.... ;)

I can see why you might have wanted to hold off...  Greek's a nice
choice, too, though... :)

I think I'd like it better with the straight spinach version, but then I
tend to have some minor issues with the baby greens sometimes...  :)
