It's a good start... they can build up a heat tolerance, if they wish,
more'n likely...  :)

Nice selection...  Did you trade tastes for greater exposure...?   Were
the kimchee and the wasabi part of the bento box, too...?  Or were there
still the "little dishes"...?   Sounds like this place has a strong
Japanese component to it, too...  Similar to what we used to have when
Yang's (across the street from the Soeul House where we took you) became
Japanese/Korean cuisine...  Sadly, they've been closed since 2005, and
Mr. Yang has since passed on...

Pretty busy time for them, to be sure...!  How long a commute is it from
Charlotte...?  That will be a strain, I'm sure... but hopefully not too
much of one.  :)

Nice that it worked out... and that it didn't end up being a regretted
lost opportunity...   :)
