I don't generally see them on the olive bars, maybe down to Fresh Market
but I don't remember for sure or not.

Most I've seen run in the 20-25 carb per bar range. We ended up buying
lunch at a place called Shish Kebab near the convention center and
buffet supper at our favorite Indian place on the way home. Got all
kinds of goodies (non food) at the expo too.

We picked up a kit at the Expo; had been admiring it from afar (It was
visible from the QoV booth and the consensus favorite of our group.) for
most of the day. We walked over and thought about buying just the
pattern but decided to go with the kit as the fabrics "made" the quilt.
All in blues, greens, white.

I can see why he wouldn't want the run of the mill white bread then.
They've no character or flavor to them, really obvious when compared to
a good rye or pumpernickel.
