I'd still rather save the OJ for times when the sugar is really low.
Don't want to get too used to drinking it and seeing the numbers get too
close to the danger point.

As usual, yes. I also got a dark chocolate with sea salt bar as we were
checking out. Haven't cracked that open yet.

I think Harris Teeter is afraid Publix would be too much competition.
They're both higher end grocery stores. Ones like Food Lion (the lower
end of the scale) don't have as much to worry about. Publix is opening a
store in Cary (just a bit west of Raleigh) and wants to expand more in
the area. The area they're looking at in North Raleigh is heavy upper
scale residential; truthfully, I think that's the problem.
