Trying not to but I'm not stopping eating, just cutting down overall.
Last night we went to our favorite Indian place after working all day at
the sewing/quilting expo in Raleigh. We both got the buffet but thanks
to a couple of appetisers at a post show function, I wasn't starving
hungery, just needing something more to eat hungry. I had a plate full,
but not overloaded, with a couple of pieces of garlic naan bread. Went
back for a few bites more each of butter chicken and the
cauliflower/potato dish before getting a cup of their pudding for
dessert. We finished supper around 8:15/8:30; my blood glucose reading
this morning was 98.

The first (and only, so far) time we served it, it was just the pasta,
spinach and salad. Future plans are to include chicken with it for more
protein. It has some grated parm cheese in it but not enough to really
count as a portein serving.
