Unfortunately, they'll have to keep fighting as the names have become so
generic, most people don't realise they're name brands.

Cooking for a dad who didn't like anything but bland & boring and
siblings who criticised every broken egg yolk and boiled, not mashed
potato stifled any thought of creative cooking.

Living in a rural area, it was entertainment we wouldn't have had
otherwise. Too many of us kids to go to the movies, had to go out of
town for concerts, etc so we didn't. Only concerts we went to (or plays)
were ones thru the school, and we were usually part of the
entertainment.

I'd have to take a look at the cook book. About the only dish I can
recall is a guacamole type thing made with green peas instead of
avocadoes.

Very incompetent--they couldn't even clean the iced tea maker. The tea
tasted like it had remnants of the first batch ever made in it. We were
able to get it exchanged for soft drinks but that should have tipped us
off that the rest of the meal would not be good either.
