Ärende: Restaurant Tea

I have run into that so often that I now rarely order tea in a
restaurant.  All too often it tastes like Lipton instant tea made two
days ago and allowed to sit.  YUK.

Our friend Helen has a strong preference for Bailey's Irish tea.  I'm
not sure that I can tell the difference.  I do know that they served tea
in a teapot and the second cup was stronger and better than the first.

      Title: A Pot Of Tea

  :          Water
  :          Milk
  :       ts Good Quality
  :          Sugar
  
  Bring freshly drawn water to the boil in a kettle. Use a little to
  warm a 1 1/2 pt. earthenware teapot. Empty the pot, then add 3-4
  tsps. of good quality tea. Bring the kettle back to the boil. Pour
  the boiling water into the pot, then stir once. Cover the teapot with
  a cosy and let it brew for five minutes. Serve with milk and sugar.
