Again, de gustibus, as you say...  ;)  While I'm not keen on all molds,
blue cheese in most if not all forms has always been something good
AFAIAC...  I rather prefer raw zucchini to raw cucumber on a raw veggie
platter, as it burps back much less at me...  And canned sardines hark
back to childhood Sunday suppers for me, in a pleasurable manner... of
course, I usually have them in mustard sauce now (I think we may have
had them either in mustard sauce or in oil/water back when, not positive
any more) which tends to cover any tinny taste...  :)   And you like
hops much much more than I do...  ;)

I think I may have discovered it later than that...

Yeah... I find that rather dishonest, along with certain other
adulterants that don't always have to be listed in the ingredients
lists of certain foods...  One can somewhat come up with reasonable
sounding reasons for some of it, but that doesn't exactly make it any
more palatable... pun somewhat intended...  ;0
