In hindsight, the insurance probably could (should?) have been addressed
beforhand...

It was the discrepancy between various readings that he was trying to
reconcile, whether it was valid high readings, or likely bogus in his
office...  :)

Exactly.  And earn money doing it... :)  I imagine the overhead isn't
all that bad, either...  :)
