Probably not that many crumbs... and every so often the car needed
cleaning out anyway... more likely with a whisk broom, though... ;)

I think there was probably only a change for the baby, whoever that
might have been at each time...  ;)

I'd bet that ours was as small or smaller... our meat portions were
pretty small...  ;)

We didn't get seconds on meat... and rarely on anything else... meat got
put away, and everything else got dished out first time round...  Daddy
served all the plates from his end of the table.. rarely did we get to
dish out our own portions... We could make requests as he was serving
(particularly no-thank-you portioning, if appropriate), but that was
about it.  Whoever was cooking might be helping him dish out things like
the salad or equivalent...

That too... Although, had we happened to be having people over, visiting
tended to happen in the kitchen during prep anyway...
