Strong's has been redesigned... and did take some of that into account. 
But one still can get lost too easily... partly because it's just so
big.  Highland is a smaller hospital... and it's ramp is correspondingly
smaller... which is good and bad... good because there's less territory
to get lost in, and bad because chances of your being able to find a
particular spot to always park in when one is in and out is pretty
unlikely...

Do you get credit for the miles anyway, having paid for them....?

Very good question... Along with how effective it really would be
towards the claimed goals...
