I wonder if anyone is using cloth diapers anymore.  All we see in stores
are disposable.  After the kids were out of diapers, they made good rags
for polishing furniture and stuff.


MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Chicken Jalfrezi
 Categories: Chicken, Indian
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 ts Mustard oil
      3 tb Vegetable oil
      1 lg Onion; finely chopped
      3    Cloves garlic; crushed
      1 tb Tomato puree
      2    Tomatoes; peeled and chopped
      1 ts Ground turmeric
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
    1/2 ts Ground coriander
    1/2 ts Chilli powder
    1/2 ts Garam masala
      1 ts Red wine vinegar
      1 sm Red pepper; chopped
    125 g  Frozen broad beans
    500 g  Cooked chicken; in
           -bite-sized pieces
           -salt
           -fresh coriander sprigs; to
           -garnish
 
  Heat the mustard oil in a large frying pan set over a high heat for
  about 1 minute until it begins to smoke.  Add the vegetable oil,
  reduce the heat and then add the onion and garlic.  Fry until they
  are golden.  Add the tomato puree, chopped tomatoes, turmeric, cumin,
  coriander, chili powder, garam masala and vinegar to the frying pan.
  Stir the mixture until fragrant. Add the red pepper and broad beans
  and stir for 2 minutes until the pepper is softened.  Stir in the
  chicken and salt to taste.  Simmer gently for 6-8 minutes until the
  chicken is heated through and the beans are tender.  Serve garnished
  with coriander sprigs.
