I don't know how old his house is but it's a single story ranch, and I
don't think it has any steps to the front door.

All kinds of new ideas for him to learn. How to grab the bottle of Mrs.
Dash instead of the salt shaker, the stevia packets instead of
spoons full of sugar, etc.
