Ah.  I was considering the step between tablecloths and fabric napkins
with waitron and the purely take-away places...  One of my frequent
semi-fancy places has the tablecloths and waitron service, but only
paper napkins for lunch... I think the fabric comes out for the supper
hours... One can order from the menu or go to the small but sufficient
AYCE buffet at lunch time...  :)  That place has higher-class art on the
walls...  :)

I'm sure there are quite a few of the fancy sit-down, tablecloth,
waitress service Chinese restaurants around here... but I've not been
paying that much attention to them, as we have enough choices already. 
And the ones we haven't been going to tend to be more expensive and/or
not as convenient as our usual haunts... :)

I don't pay attention to them that much either...  mainly when sitting
and waiting for my order... ;)  Or noticing while driving by that it
seems to be the same set of pictures, in yet another quick-take
place....  ;)
