Sounds like you may have some good folks on your side there... hopefully
they can get things all figured out and settled for you.  :)

I take it that's only for people who are getting places that would have
a straight-out mortgage...?   Mortgages are just about the nicest form
of loans one can get... not that different from an auto loan, except
that the payments are lower and the interest is deductible if you
itemize deductions come tax time...
