Ah.  Different rules...

That much house would invite others to join you... or greatly encourage
any latent packrat tendencies one might have... ;)  One could shut off
part of the house from cooling and heating, to lower that bill... but
the tax bill could be a killer...

True, it's easier while empty... don't need to move stuff out of the way
and then back... or hassle with dropcloths and all so much...

And be done as money, time and energy allow...  :)   So... does it look
like you'll be getting this one...?
