We have until the end of April, 20215 on this lease. We'd like to get
this place rented before we have to start making payments (on January 1)
on the new place.

It was painted a few months ago, just before it was put on the market.
We'll leave the colors as is (yellow kitchen & front bathroom, blue
master bath, all else off white) for a while until we decide what colors
we want where. He's doing things like cleaning the fridge & stove,
putting in a new sink faucet, under counter reverse osmosis water
filter, garbage disposal and new locks/door handles. The big job today
is replacing the toilets with water saving models. Yes, the Honey Do
list is long right now but it will shrink into routine maintainence
items for the most part in a few weeks.

The one we got featured a lot in Raleigh, a fair amount of places in
Cary (west of Raleigh), then also some in Chapel Hill, Durham,
Knightdale, other outerlying areas and Wake Forest. Most places were too
far out for a casual swing by to check out visit.

I don't think we'll do it for 2015 either. The bulk of our eating out
will most likely be inexpensive places around WF and when/if we travel.
