It was promising - but, the bank wanted a new roof put on the place before
they'd do a mortgage. so, whilst we were trying to work out the details the
owners ignored my observation that they ought to turn the heat on before the
cols weather we get here every year set in. The place is now off the market -
they didn't heed my advice (or plain, common sense) and there is currently more
than in inch of ice in the basement and pipes that need replacing in both the
kitchen and the bathroom. I am going to go look at another place that has a 2
car garage with front and rear doors. Around 30K - and in somewhat better shape
for that.

Meanwhile I am using sheet metal screws and Gorilla tape to seal the drafty
windows in the tin can. Pending a decision to s**t or get off the pot.  Bv)=

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: The Ultimate Draught GUINNESS Lobster
 Categories: Seafood, Beer, Herbs
      Yield: 1 servings

      1    Fresh Irish lobster
     24 oz (2 cans) GUINNESS Draught
      1 l  Water
           Turkish bay leaf
           Salt
           Thyme
           Squeeze of lemon juice

  This one is for when you really want to impress. It's not
  hard and will blow any seafood lover's socks off.

  Put everything bar the lobster in a big stock pot and
  slowly bring to the boil. Then plunge the live lobster
  into the pot head first and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain
  the lobster and split in two halves. Then serve with
  mayonnaise, fresh garden salad, wholesome brown bread and
  wash it down with your favourite stout.
