Often so.  Not necessarily, but often...

Not sure that I really believe, either, except for the times when it
seems like it could be happening... ;)

So are the chicken and the other (I presume vegetable?) ingredients
already cooked, served raw, or cooked in with the rice...?  Or mixed in
at the last minute to cook in the hot rice...?
