I've not had kitchen curtains for some years. I think the ones in my
mom's kitchen were ones I'd made for another room while we were in
Germany, when we didn't need them, I gave them to her. I washed them for
the first time in who knows how long, last year and surprisingly, they
didn't fall apart.

The curtain project will be a few months in coming together. I'm working
the maths out first so I don't waste any material. But yes, I'll have a
bit more work room as I clear away other projects.

It hits my eyes the hardest. I bought a bottle of eye drops yesterday,
in preparation for the onslaught.

Probably greenhouse grown. Today we just got some bantam eggs, a (big!)
slice of coconut cake (for Steve, of course) and some chocolate mudslide
cookies.
