Sounds pretty good. I probably should have tried a chicken chili verde
when Steve wasn't eating pork but he likes my red chili (both versions)
so I never did.

Never would have thought lamb would make a chili verde. I guess the
chilis would be the major taste in it, not the taste of the lamb.

That's good any time of the year. Around here tho, pig pickin' is the
accepted term, nothing "fancy" like a hog roast. (G)
