Not so bad a habit, though... :)  For some things I can get a pretty
good idea just reading through, too, but others it might be wiser to try
it straight first...  :)

I never needed anything to keep home-made bread stay fresh longer... it
tended to disappear pretty fast as it was...  :)

It's likely to take a while... I don't expect him stateside until
sometime in the summer... might not see him until late summer or the
fall...  But he might bring home more goodies, never know... ;)

I think all I normally have on hand would be the powdered ginger and
