So far he healing looks ok as far as sutures, etc. go.  Toby is still not
eating though, so we have an appt. tomorrow morning.. he's got another appt. in
a week - That one is the "two weeks after surgery" appt, which is the norm, but
the doc wants to try some other meds on him tomorrow to see if we can get him
to eat.

Yep.. must have caused some irritation I'd figure..

Well, they got all they could.. but he has pancreatic cancer.. (the same cancer
that killed my sister, Marilyn) so really there's nothing they can do. I talked
to the surgeon tonight about making an appt. with an oncologist, but Toby is so
weak right now from not eating that I can't even think of him going through
chemo. So we'll probably keep him comfortable with pain killers and try to get
him to eat with some anti-nausea pills.  I gave the little bugger about 1/4lb
of leftover steak tonight, and he sure ate that (g).  I wouldn't doubt it's a
combination of pain in his gut, and stubborn-dog..
