There may well be.  Some of the older things can be worth 
quite a bit.  It's harder to unload the modern items.

Serendipity rules.  Can't say I've ever purchased a 
dining room set.  We're still using the one Grandma 
bought in 1921.

Good idea.  This one isn't workable any more either.  Too 
much iffy equipment.

Good move.  There lots of old hymns that aren't.

It showered here a bit, but it didn't really help.  
Humidity makes the MS worse too, so it's kind of a wash.
