I think he copied all his users (thee and me) with the announcement. So, I went
there the next morning prepared to re-register and get things rolling and got
the old, familiar "unable to connect ...." Upon informing Sean I learned that
the hard drive had let all its magick blue smoke escape and he had lost all his
work - probably thinking that since he was using the brand-new drive I had
donated to the cause that grorw og dluoc gnihton.  Bv)=

I mentioned that I really missed it to the owner and she told me that is what
she always had on her lunch break when she was a server. The have also raised
their game on the French fried 'taters, too. Offering regular, waffle-cut
rounds and sweet potato fries. I do my sweet potato fried a bit differently
from restaurant style, however.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: French Fried Sweet Potatoes
 Categories: Five, Vegetables, Snacks
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      3 md Sweet potatoes
      1 c  Crushed corn flakes
      1 lg Egg
      1 tb Water
 
  Parboil sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes. Drain, peel
  and cut into 1/4" - 3/8" batons. Mix egg with water and
  beat throughly.
  
  Separate crushed corn flakes in two separate bowls, making
  two 1/2 cups each. Flour may be substituted for one of the
  bowls of flakes. Dip the cut potatoes in the flour or
  crushed flakes, then in the egg mixture and then again in
  the other bowl of crushed flakes.
  
  Deep fry in oil (375++F - 385++F) until browned. Drain on
  absorbent paper and sprinkle with salt.
  
  A mixture of cinnamon and sugar could also be used for a
  sweet taste.
