(LOL)  Maybe that rat missed the easy meal and was coming 
in for the mailing envelope glue.  Mice seem to like it, 
so chances are rats would too.

Or cops looking in and figuring kiddies might be 
traumatized. Or adults looking in and wishing they

I've seen that name somewhere, but have no idea what her 
screen credits were.

Thelma doesn't generally meow loudly, she just uses her 
claws.  Louise will sometimes squeak.
