I like the fact that in the US there is no situation where
a pilot can be alone in a commercial jet cockpit. In Europe,
I figure that's going to be mandated soon, if it hasn't been
already. Interestingly, the Europeans were cooking up a scheme
whereby nobody might be running the plane, just a machine. That
always caused me some anxiety.

Speaking of which, Lilli just got off a 757 and had 40 min to
get from terminal to terminal, after two delays that caused
her to misconnect on two flights. I'm waiting to find out if
she got on the later flight. No e-mail, which is a good sign -
if she were cooling her jets someplace, she no doubt would have
messaged me by now. Going to check with the desk when I finish
the FIDO.

Well, it's pretty clear that the better the knowledge the clearer
the worldview, and the clearer the worldview, the grumpier the
holder of it.

Creamy Vanilla Coconut Pudding
categories: vegan, dessert, raw
servings: 1 or 2

1 c fresh coconut meat, from one young Thai coconut
1/4 c fresh coconut water
1 ts vanilla extract
1 Tb raw honey, or 12 drops liquid stevia
1 pn fine sea salt

Directions:

Add the coconut meat, coconut water, vanilla extract,
salt, and sweetener into a blender pitcher, and blend
until very smooth and creamy. For best results, use a
high-powered blender like the Vitamix or Blendtec.

Adjust sweetness to taste, if necessary, then chill
1 hr before serving. It will thicken up even more in
the fridge!

Serve chilled, and enjoy!

For quicker chilling, add 4 or 5 ice cubes while
 blending, and serve immediately!
