Potatoes, egg, Italian dressing and mustard/mayo dressing. I make my own
Italian dressing, btw.

No fun at all. I should have another eye exam; its been over a year
since my last one. My regular doctor was checking up on routine things
like that today, in addition to a 6 month A1C. That was a 5.1; he's
beginng to wonder if the diabetes was a misdiagnosis of the pancreas
temporarily shutting down when it was inflammed and reviving once it
healed. I'd originally been told it shut down for good but........that's
why they call it practicing medicine I guess. (G)

I don't mind small amounts of almond flavoring but it seems to be a
"must" with cherries, for some arcane reasoning. I'd rather have
cherries without it, just the cherry flavor but it's almost impossible
to get unless I do a cherry whatever myself.

Looks good, I might give it (or my own varient) a try sometime. For the
Penn. Dutch potato salad, I use onion and celery so adding olives isn't
that far a reach. That one uses a cooked sweet/sour dressing but trying
one with pickle relish, mayo, mustard and hot sauce sounds interesting.
