But, I believe that had to do with the former moderator.  Perhaps he
would tolerate the current moderator more :-}}

That too.  For both of them, I suspect that they have moved on in
computers to the point where DOS and QWK packets and Offline readers are
not a viable option -- but there are a variety of sites where one can
access via HTML or NNTP, both of which are more modern methods.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Herb Crusted Alaska Scallops with Thai Chili Mayonnaise
 Categories: Seafood
      Yield: 8 Servings
 
     40    Large scallops
           Fish seasoning to taste
           Olive oil for grilling
    1/4 c  Fresh mixed herbs (basil,
           - oregano, thyme, tarragon,
           - Italian parsley)
      4 T  Panko bread crumbs
      2 T  Soft butter
           Thai chili mayonaise

MMMMM-----------------FISH SEASONING INGREDIENTS----------------------
      1 T  Sweet paprika
      1 t  Salt
      1 t  Onion powder
      1 t  Cayenne pepper
      1 t  Garlic powder
    1/2 t  Ground white pepper
    1/2 t  Ground black pepper
    1/2 t  Dry thyme leaves
    1/2 t  Dry oregano

MMMMM----------------THAI CHILI MAYO INGREDIENTS---------------------
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
      4 T  Thai CHili sauce
           Salt and pepper to taste
           Juice from lime or lemon
           Zest from lime or lemon
 
  To make the Thai chili mayonnaise, combine all ingredients.  Check for
  seasoning.
  
  To make the fish seasoning, blend all ingredients together.  Seal in
  an air-tight container and store in a dry place away from heat.
  
  Preparation of dish:
  Lightly season scallops and grill until cooked just 1/4 through.
  COmbine herbs, panko and butter to form the herb crust.  Coat each
  scallop and arrange on a lightly oiled baking sheet.  Bake for three
  minutes at 475F until crust is just lightly browned.
  
  Serve scallops over San Francisco-style rice fried rice and top with
  Thai chili mayonnaise.
