So what Ed told me about linking the Home_Cooking echo through Russ Casell was
a "senior moment" talking?

I'm glad it's fixed now. With Sean closing up shop for now and Waldo's off-line
mail broken I'd have had no way to check message propagation.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Crash Hot Potatoes
 Categories: Five, Potatoes, Herbs
      Yield: 4 Servings

     16    Baby potatoes; scrubbed
           Salt & ground pepper
      1 tb Extra virgin olive oil
      1 ts Sea salt
      1 tb Thyme
           +=OR=+
      1 tb Crushed rosemary sprigs

  Heat oven to 230+.C/459+.F.

  Don't peel the potatoes, boil or cook in microwave until
  they are cooked, without being too soft.

  Drain, and arrange on a paper lined baking tray, use a
  potato masher to squash each potato flat, until it is twice
  its original diameter.

  Brush the tops with olive oil and scatter with sea salt,
  pepper and herbs.

  Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until
  crisp and golden.
