I've brought it back to the upper range of normal now. I can drop the
extra pills, just rely on potassium rich foods for a bit.

The heart is, we're checking out other areas.

I could do that with Steve, but since he likes sweets, I bake one of
those for him when I do a white one for me.

And seasonings are supersized also, so you get mega hits of sodium and
other not so good ones.

A lot are based on using an alcohol sugar (truvia, etc) but Stevia is
not. Ask Steve about its chemistry.
