Yes, and by then probably quite late...

That's neat.  Both times I had to switch after about 6 months because I was in
the hospital. Once with appendicitis (that hit on the second night run of a
play I was in for our village's Bicentennial Celebration) and the 2nd time with
MS crap ... not so serious then, but the local docs were unsure of "what" I had
with constant vomiting and vertigo... it was of course the MS. And since then
of course I have constant supply of antivert around hehe.

I remember one "cereal" disaster that was so funny... I'm sure whichever kid it
was didn't consider it a disaster though haha.  I think it was my son ...
Whichever kid it was just plopped the whole bowl of cereal upside down on
his/her head Lol  I do remember laughing like crazy that day. :)

Yes, it's true!  He was used to a variety and forced the issue haha

Yes, she is.  She was an Army nurse in WWII.. her niece did the neatest thing
with the invitation.  It's a postcard (larger than standard size) with a
picture of Ron's aunt in her U.S. Army Nursing Uniform from way back..

I'll probably do it all here and then transport it.  I have a "cake taker" kind
of tuperware thing that protects them quite well.  :)  Right now I'm thinking
about making a HummingBird Cake:

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups chopped bananas
Cream Cheese Frosting
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until
dry ingredients are moistened. (Do not beat.) Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup
pecans, and bananas.

Pour batter into three greased and floured 9-inch round cakepans. Bake at 350°
for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans, and cool completely on
wire racks.

Spread Cream Cheese Frosting between layers and on top and sides of cake;
sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans on top. Store in refrigerator.

It's great cake.. It's a large cake too so it's good for a crowd. :)  I can
make it gluten free if I care to, though I think I'll skip that for this event.
