Was glad to see that it had arrived. I'm not sure, even with the long-life
battery in the phone that it will be charged when MLoo next arrives to darken
your guest towels. But, the phone charges quickly.

I am less connected than most of the people I work with, see around, or for
that matter my brother and SIL. Still, my phone is always on - more for *my*
convenience than anything.

I get an increase every year - just a few farthings. Still, it's better than
depending on the so called COLA increases. Or a decrease. When I ran the
newspapers and/or print shops and the computer store I always arranged things
so that the business showed little or no taxable profits. In retrospect that
was a mistake. It's to old plaint - "Had I known I was going to live this long
I'd have arranged things differently"   Bv)=

 My mental taster tells me that would be a gross waste of shrimp. The flavour
of the little guys would be nearly totally subsumed in the chilies and herbs.
 
 MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Fish Filets In Red Wine
 Categories: Seafood, Wine, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings

      4    Fish filets
    3/4 c  Sliced mushrooms
      3 tb Butter
      3 tb Sherry wine
    1/2 ts Salt
           Fresh ground pepper
      3 tb Flour
    3/4 c  Red wine
    3/4 c  Consomme'
      1 tb Minced parsley
      2 tb Fine chopped scallions
    1/4 c  Light cream or half & half
    1/4 c  Grated American cheese
           Paprika

  Place fish filets in a greased, 12" casserole. Cook 
  mushrooms in butter until tender. Add sherry, salt &
  pepper and simmer, covered, 3 minutes longer. Remove
  from heat and blend in flour. Gradually stir in wine 
  and consomme'. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly,
  until mixture comes to a boil. Add parsley, scallions,
  and cream. Pour over fish and sprinkle with cheese.

  Bake at 375øF/190øC about 20 minutes. Just before
  serving, sprinkle with paprika.

  Makes 4 servings
