At one point I could take a handful of pills on just a little water... I
tend now to take them one at a time, or, if the same sort, 2 or maybe 3,
with usually just a bit of water... more to make sure I'm keeping track
of having taken them all than of not being able to get them down... I
still can take my reflux pill without water or with just a bit of food
to help it down if need be...   MJ used to have a large amount of pills
to take, several times a day... she'd have a sip of water or juice to
wet the throat and mouth, then we'd toss the whole shebang to the back
of her mouth and she'd swallow them all with more water or juice...  :)

At the Pond, we tend to keep windows open all the time, for ventilation,
and for the natural air conditioning of the trees and breeze... At home,
there's no A/C either, but here we keep windows closed during the day
when it's hot out to keep the house cooler, and then open up at night to
bring the coolness in... Fans exhaust the heat and move the air
around... The last few days have been SO humid that A/C would have been
nice to get rid of the humidity... we've been having trouble getting the
house cooled at night, too... But this too shall pass.. ;)

I know I have white, maybe red wine vinegar, not sure what else... Once
upon a time, I had cider vinegar, too...  ;)
