I've got a number of flours to "play with" now as Steve bought a small
amount of several gluten free ones to experiment with. We have a local
place called The Grain Mill that sells them so it's no problem to get
more of whatever we want. We also bought a 50 pound sack of hard winter
wheat berries from them so we can grind our own "regular" flour.

Yes, and now I've got a full container of crumbs. Depending on how fast
I use them over the next few months will determine what the crusts from
the next half dozen or so loaves of bread will be made into--Italian
bread crumbs, croutons or something like bread pudding.

It's amazing how much we are not using our garbage disposal over here
now that we've started composting.

No, but it's a head's up that it has something that shouldn't be treated
as "just another hot sauce" by those that aren't aware of its potency.

Yes, and she came home with a number of stories about it. (G)  Had a
request for more but it was too close to the time they were to return to
get more over there.
