It usually does, but sometimes the work to get it to that point, and
clean up afterward is hours, compared to the minutes of enjoyment.

Depends on the day, what's going on elsewise, etc for me. Yesterday was
a lot of chop work, some of it with Steve not home, some with him home.
The time with him home seemed to be less of a drudge, even tho he was in
another room for most of it. But, my wrist was feeling the aftermath of
all the work last night.

Keeping up with the exercises will pay off in the long run. By this time
she should have proper form down and can do them without thinking, but
it's nice to have company while doing them.
