Hey, if you don't know it's broke you can't fix it. Right? And, yes, we (at 
least I) do tell you when things are going along like a cat lapping heavy 
cream. Or, at least we show gratitude for the service.

Especially, I'll bet, the "Stans" - Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan anyway. The 
Kazakhs are the ones that highjacked my email account to send wholesale lots 
of SPAM. I'm still sorting that one out.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Cantonese Sweet & Sour Spam
 Categories: Oriental, Pork, Vegetables
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      1 tb Cooking oil
      1 lg Carrot sliced diagonally
      6    Green onions; sliced 1/4"
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      1 sm Cucumber; in chunks
    2/3 c  Water
      1 tb Cornstarch
      3 tb (ea) sugar and ketchup
      1 ts Soy sauce
           Vinegar
     12 oz Spam; cubed 1/2"
      8 oz Bamboo shoots; drained
 
  In large skillet, cook oil over medium heat. Add
  carrot, green onion, garlic and cucumber; cook,
  stirring occasionally until crisp tender (4 to 5
  minutes). Add remaining ingredients except Spam and
  bamboo shoots. Cook, stirring, until sauce is
  thickened. Add Spam and bamboo shoots. Cook until
  heated through.
  
  If desired, serve over rice.
