Since our fair is in Syracuse, there's not a lot of hype in the local
paper, etc....  And when we've been, there's been plenty more to keep
one's attention that I've not really noticed too much of the really
weird overpriced food...  More what one notices are the booths by the
groups like that local church with its ham biscuits... the
traditions.... :)

Time and energy are the biggest problems here... we generally went on
some day where we'd get a discount on entrance, and/or would buy the
advance tickets at a discount before the fair started...  and could
combine it with a visit to Richard's mom... :)

It can be a fun thing to do...  We went to our County Fair a few times,
too...  ;)

Yup.. :)   And my teaching kept my piano tuned, too...  :)
