But, less area to have to keep clean. (G) It'll all settle out, over

My dad is very much a meat & potatoes, with a side vegetable and
dessert. Mom cooked for basics, gave us a basically balanced meal but
didn't really plan the nutritional aspects of it. Dairy was the glass of
milk (kids didn't get anything but most of the time, occaisional
kool-ade). Carbs were the potatoes with gravy, veggies & dessert. Most
supper meals the grains were negligable or non existant; what fruit we
had would have been sweetened in a pie. But, I made it thru, and have
tried to plan my cooking with a better eye towards good nutrition.

He just avoids the viruses well. (G) Fish is good but I don't mind
having other meats in addition to it.
