I mainly watch documentaries, cooking shows, and reality shows such as The
Science Channel's "How It's Made" (one of my favorite shows).  Most of the
time, I'll leave it on in the background for noise.

That's just in one day...and when the plant is shutdown for Thanksgiving. 
There's a lot of maintenance going on with the machines and facilities is
repainting the floors and catching up on other stuff that's impossible to do
when the plant's running.

We are ramping up for the busy season and there will be a while where we
will be going 24/7.  I will be working several weeks in a row, non-stop with
no days off, but that is part and parcel of my job.  With that comes lots
and lots and lots of walking.

Fun fact: John Deere owns 30 acres of rolling pasture next to the factory to
test out the lawn mowers and tractors on.  My dad, who adores mowing with
his lawn tractor, has asked me to see how he could get a job mowing all day.

I would like to lose about another 50 pounds myself.  That will get me back
in the 180-190 range (doctor recommended).  I would personally like to drop
down to 170 but my doctor said anything less would be a bad thing as then I
would be too skinny.  I just can't make anyone happy...

      Title: GARDEN PASTA
 Categories: Main dish, Low-cal
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      5 ea Tomatoes, chopped
      2 ea Carrots, chopped
      8 ea Green onion, chopped
      1 t  Basil
    1/2 t  Salt
    1/2 t  Oregano
      1 lb Spaghetti
      2 ea Celery, chopped
      1 ea Onion, medium, chopped
      1 pk Equal
    1/4 t  Garlic powder
    1/2 t  Pepper
      1 T  Vegetable or salad oil
 
  Put the vegetables in a pot and cover tightly.  Cook over medium heat,
  stirring occasionally, for 10 min.  Add seasonings.  Cover pot, cook
  medium-low heat for 5 minutes.  Add oil and simmer for 30 min. or
  until carrots are tender.  Cook spaghetti, drain.  Toss with the
  sauce. Cal: 150; Fat: 1/2g.
