Seems like there's no end to them. His latest project is trouble
shooting our indoor/outdoor thermometer. Found out a new sensor for that
would cost enough to buy a new one.

Yes, we took it back and it was picked up within a few minutes by a
student. In it's original condition it was ready for the discard
dumpster, now it's being used for a good cause. We're going to keep the
2nd and 3rd rescue projects tho. Second was a wooden dough bowl that
looked like it had been used as a fruit bowl. It had some staining on
the inside that is reduced, couldn't get it entirely gone. The latest
project was a 10" Cuisinart stainless steel fry pan that had burnt on
gunk on the inside. That was an easy clean up with Dawn Power Dissolve
(overnight soak, sealed in plastic wrap) and elbow grease. Since the fry
pan we got with our T-fal came without a lid (another lid fit the
Cuisinart pan), we decided to keep the rescue one and pass along the
T-fal.

Hopefully Steve's limit will be raised; he sees the doctor two days
before we take off. If not, then we work around it.

Give him our best; it sounds like it could have been a whole lot worse.
I can understand why the doctors don't want him doing any heavy lifting
until he's checked out better; they don't want him to stress the heart
too much while he's recouperating.

No, we will be able to do laundry on a regular basis while traveling so
won't have to pack for the entire time. I will be bringing a diaper bag
for our newest great niece and picking up materials to make one for
Deborah's new baby but that's about equal to a day's worth of summer
clothes.
