Roslind has two master's degrees but one piggy backs upon the other
and adds to her skills in a practical way. When she was young she
started off right out of high school as an apprentice hairdresser.
That lead to her owning and running a successful shop which financed
the rest of it: Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Art Education,
Master of Arts in Education, specializing in diverse learning
techniques (to help students with learning disabilities), a
certificate course in Counselling and finally a Master of Science in
Psychology. She worked frequently at various things, went to school
only when she could afford to and didn't finish until she was 60.
Today she is the head Psychologist and Counsellor at the North Slave
District Correctional Centre and I _think_ she has finished school,
except possibly as a teacher.

      Title: After School Fruit Cup
 Categories: Appetizers, Snacks, Desserts, Fruit
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
  1 1/2 c  California seedless grapes
      1    Cored; sliced red apple
      1    Orange; peeled and sectioned
      1 c  Cantaloupe; cubed
      1    Cinnamon stick
      2 tb White grape juice
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1 tb Packed brown sugar
 
  Combine grapes, apple, orange, cantaloupe and cinnamon stick. Mix
  remaining ingredients. Pour over fruit. Cover and marinate in
  refrigerator until chilled. Remove cinnamon stick. Divide
  marinated fruits equally into 4 serving dishes.
